WordPress slow

    For the past few months wordpress has been slow a lot of the times. Sometimes its ok but other times it makes the site not usable. Now thing is this is only on the admin side. I run other sites and they are not being affected as well as when users are not logged in its fine. I have checked everywhere for help. Such as configuring Ws3, disabling all plugins among many things and still to no avail. I am even running a bigger server than usually and it still runs up to 90% at times. Anyone have any idea what the issue could be?
