WordPress Import stuck

    My WordPress import appears to have stalled (again) after waiting over 24 hours…

    “Import WordPress
    Processing…
    We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”

    Please can support see what the problem is and un-stall the import?

    Hi there,

    I checked the file you’re trying to import, and I see there are a lot of spam comments in the file. Do you still have access to the original site? If so, please empty the spam comments and export the site again, and then import that new file to your site here.

    If you don’t have access to the original site to do that, or if you continue to have trouble with that import, please let me know!
