WordPress domain.

    I recently purchased my own domain through wordpress.com.

    I am currently moving my old wordpress.com blog in order to host it in my new personal domain. I cannot find out who I’m really client for as it was purchased through wordpress.com but once performing dns/ip/host search it appears to be different companies such as Peer 1 Networking, Wild West Domains, Jumplaunch but none of them seem to have me as a client.

    I just basically want to know who am I paying my hosting services to? And also the settings of my contract. If somebody could shed some light I’d appreciate it very much.

    Otherwise I am going to have to cancel the contract. Please bear in mind I am a newbie in all this.

    also Domains By Proxy, LLC appears to be a registrant or registrar.

    please shed some light I am starting to think of cancelling the subscription until I have at least some idea of what I am talking about.
