WordPress Dashboard never loads details

    I would like to talk to the support to pay for my wordpress website renewal. I missed the payment date because I changed my credit card recently, and now when I go to my dashboard to add a new card it just never loads.

    What can be happening?

    Hi –

    You might have better luck loading the dashboard if you try a different web browser.

    As for the domain, it has expired but is now available again for purchase. From your dashboard click on My Sites – Domains – Add and from there you can register it again.
