    It is already 10 business days but I still not get my refund, I wanna choose another plan. Here is the amount of money: Rp 1,706,848.00

    It looks like the amount of Rp1,706,848 was already refunded. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    Please check with your bank/credit card issuer to see the status of the refund. The remaining amount was not refunded since you kept the domain registration active.
