word press site wont load properly

photos are not loading on word press site – they are showing text but no photo…..what is going on . Is there a problem today with WP 10.10.15

I assume there is a problem, my complete site doesn’t load well today… sometimes it loads, sometimes not, sometimes there is a “Whoops” error message and so on. I think there is a problem.

and no support guys available until wed of next week so we assume it is their problem not ours ???

@ruthgrindrod – Hi, No. I’m a forum volunteer, not Staff. It may also go away by itself, so keep an eye on that Status page.

Problem is status page wont load properly…..when will paid staff be back in to sort out …not good enough for those of us who are show casing our photography

According to the current Status page, WordPress.com service should be back to normal. If you are still encountering performance issues, please post into the forum thread I linked to above.

It is better than it was but photo are loading really slowly and hesitating and sometimes just coming up with text

Everything should be back to normal now — @ruthgrindrod all your photos are loading properly for me. Usually when only text appears for images, that’s an indication of a temporary internet slowdown. Are you still having this problem?

My site has been up and down all day. Sometimes site loads photos sometimes it loads some sometines none at all. Overall it is not consistent and it really slow and it has never been before . Please advise as it is not a fully operable site at present

Hi @ruthgrindrod,
Your site is loading correctly on my side as well at the moment along with all images. Can you try clearing your cache first? Steps here:

@ruthgrindrod are you still having trouble? As others have mentioned, this sounds like the kind of trouble you’d see if your own internet connection was having trouble. If you’re still struggling, can you contact your internet service provider?
