Woocommerce Plugin Disappears, Update Shows Plugin Still Exists

    Hello. I’m having problem with the plugin disappearing and now I can’t see the Woocommerce plugin at all in the backend of my site.I tried reinstalling, but the installation failed. The reason for the failure is that the plugin already exists in the directory. After that I tried uploading the zip file again to update the plugin but that also failed.I have no idea about this situation,please give me some help,thank you.
