Will not let me upload photos.

I am trying to upload a photo for my blog and it keeps coming in blank.
I have tried with various sizes and nothing is working. I have not had this issue before and none of the troubleshooting techniques are not working. I have tried looking at where my files are being uploaded but do not know this site well enough.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
