Widgets not showing up on zBench photo gallery pages
-
Hi, everyone.
I’m currently working on a new website that uses the zBench theme, and I *love* it! However, I’m finding that photo gallery pages (the ones that show only one single image with caption) leave space for the widget sidebar but don’t actually show the widgets. Anyone else having this problem? I bought the CSS upgrade. I just don’t know what code I’m supposed to be looking for to fix this…
Thanks in advance for any help!!

Please post a link to the blog inquestion so the 2 Voluteers who help with CSS can eyeball it and provide relevant advice based on what they can see.

In zBench, the image attachment pages do not display the widgets. There is no way to change that since it would require hacking the underlying theme PHP script files, and we cannot do that here.

Thanks to both of you, thesacredpath and timethief! That sure does make me sad that the problem can’t be remedied. I really love the look of the image attachment pages but feel like it might be confusing for people when the widgets suddenly disappear… :-(

According to the zBench demo site, the images on Gallery attachment pages should be centered with no sidebar displaying.

Thanks, justjennifer! Even if the attachment pages were centered, I’d be satisfied. Right now, it just looks like something’s missing, namely… the widget sidebar – HA. Thanks again – contacting support now! :-)

You can make the attachment pages full-width using the following code:
body.attachment #maincontent {width:960px;}

Thanks!! Let’s definitely keep in touch, okay? :-)
And not to be a pain in the @ss, but… you wouldn’t happen to know how I could make the menu’s current dropdown items legible, would you? I managed to remove the ugly text shadow from the original design, but now the background of the button and the text color are almost exactly the same unless you mouse over… :-/
PS – Please pardon my ‘stupid’ questions. This is my time working with CSS, and I’ve made all the other edits except for these few just by researching and hurting my brain all day… ha!!
