    Why cannot get back full refund of $756

    Hi there –

    Domain name registrations and renewals are refundable if the domain is canceled within 96 hours (4 days) from when the domain was registered or renewed. Any time after that, and the domain name portion of your purchase cannot be refunded, even if it is canceled.
