Why no one is answering in live chat support

I have wordpress.com creator plan, and I have some questions related to my hosting plan, and I am trying to contact support staff via live chat from the last 3 days and surprisingly there is no reply from Hapiness engineers niether on the chat niether on the Email.
What’s happening.
All these claims of 24/7 live chat support are just for sales purpose, I think.

BUMP. Hi all, having the same problem. We missed the renewal yesterday (apparently no one got the billing reminder email). We renewed our Creator Plan this morning, but seems we cannot restore our JetPack backup.
We’ve been trying to contact support through proper channels since we renewed at 8.40am (now is 1.18pm). Absolutely no reply.

Hello, I also do not get support from live chat with a creator plan. Normally I always got a response fast, but now I am waiting hours. How is that possible?

Good Lord, what is WordPress Support doing?
I have the Creator Plan and in the past several weeks WordPress Support has deteriorated to the degree that I do not know what having the Creator Plan and its promises of ‘support’ is of value anymore.
WordPress support was great 2-3 months ago. Now it is simply terrible.
Is anyone having the same experience?

I was sending allot of request and messages to no one responded. Although I pay for it, seems like need to move other platform. any suggestions.
