Why No Blogroll on My Blog Page?
-
The title says it. I see other people’s blogrolls listed on their blog page. Mine lists tags but not blogs I’ve added to my blogroll — why?
-
Chances are the theme designer didn’t include them when he or she designed the theme. You may want to view Dashboard -> Presentation -> Sidebar widgets and rebuild your sidebar using the widgets there.
Also make sure that you have assigned the links to categories that contain posts as they won’t show up otherwise.
Hope this helps,

Thanks for your help.
I had looked at the Sidebar Widgits screen, but didn’t see blogroll on it. Here’s what I see http://img294.imageshack.us/img294/6107/nonamebb5.gif

Might be but then I wouldn’t have questions to answer in the support forums. :D
It’s come up before. The widgets were written for WordPress 2.0 where it’s still called Links and WPMU is running WordPress 2.1 code where it’s called Blogroll. *shrug* I agree though that I would think it would be a 2 second fix and wonder why it’s not be done yet.
Oh Mark…

I have not opinions on the term, just on consistency for us beginners trying to plow through all the new jargon. But then, if you’ve checked my blog you know I grouse about things. :)
