Why isn't my blog appearing in topics

Try as I might (and I’ve read all the links) my blog isn’t appearing on the topics section. I’ve tagged everything (not too much) and yet I am invisible. I’m probably doing something wrong but I can’t figure out what.
Please any help would be gratefully received.
