Why I wilol not be using wordpress
-
It is too hard to jump through your hoops or contact you. I wanted a website to sell music for my recording studio/record company. All I wanted to know is, can your website tools PLAY DEMOS… OR NOT???? You won’t answer emails, you won’t connect me with CHAT, and I do not feel like doing a full days researech to a question you could have answered in 5 seconds. I am 70 frickin’ years OLD, and my idea is to build a website BEFORE I DROP DEAD… not waste the last years of my lifetime, chasing shadows as I look for answers to my questions. (If I knew how to take down the site construction I started yesterday, I WOULD.)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Be aware that there is rarely every a question asked and answered by Staff that has not been asked and answered in these support forums many times over. Unless your question is of a sensitive nature re: identity or or financial information you could simply type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up.
How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Also subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting. Alternatively, please read Getting WordPress.com Support https://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/
There is no phone support. Those who have a paid upgrade for a wordpress.COM site can use the “Contact Support” form, http://support.wordpress.com/contact/
The best WordPress.COM contact form to use now for Staff assistance is:
http://wordpress.com/help/contact. Live chat will be available there only if we have Happiness Engineers available to chat. When they are not available using that link results in posting to this peer support forum. https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/Lastly for direct email support you can email WordPress.COM Staff at:
help@wordpress.com -
I must agree with the support issue. It takes a while to get a support.
For example, Live Chat where the heck to find this live chat. I spent hours looking and ending up going back en forth to this link which doesn’t provide any help.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/The link will go to https://wordpress.com/pricing/ which I already have an business plan setup.
It’s an endless loop, at the end no support.

@kingdotnet
Please do not hijack threads others post as that mean everyone subscribed to them gets unwanted email. If you have a wordpress.COM hosted site and are experiencing a wordpress.COM (not wordpress.ORG) support issue create your own thread by using this link https://en.forums.wordpress.com/?new=1 -
wow! the support is alive.
But my reply is the same issue of not having a support when it’s needed. I don’t think is hijacking this thread. -
