why do subscribers get dropped and can't resubscribe?

    Why have some of my subscribers (Marika Fischer Hoyt and Dean Schreoder) lost their subscriptions while they are on vacation or away, and then canNOT resubscribe.
    Also why are there no longer profilee images for profiles under Comments?
