Where Has the Blogroll/Links Section Gone?
-
As there is no longer any access to the WordPress Admin – therefor there doesn’t seem to be any way to delete, edit or add any new links to our blogroll and other link categories.
Am I missing something or..?
Can someone direct me how to access the links area? Is WP phasing out links from their platform? If so I would want to be able to at least delete the ones I already have on my site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The WordPress project did in fact phase Link Management out of WordPress itself in version 3.5. WordPress.com added them back for users but did not add a section for that to the new admin pages. This is because the menu manager can now be used to manage links and you can add a custom menu widget to the sidebar to get the same effect.

Thanks for your help – but this does not give me access to my existing links already published on the site. I need to edit these periodically. I do have widgets in my sidebars with links – but I need to get to the place where I can edit the links/link categories and add new ones.
Why on earth would any blog platform phase out link management?

You may access the link manager by adding /wp-admin to the end of your home page address and then clicking Links in the left menu.
Here is a direct link for the links section in your blog:

Thanks that’s the best help you could have given. Please please take me back to the old dashboard! But – how long will this option be available do you know?

There are no plans to add back a link manager.
You could switch to using a custom menu instead if you’d like. Or you can use the links to the old WP Admin interface I provided earlier.
