What happened to Gallery of images?
-
WordPress used to provide a gallery of images we could choose from but has disappeared sometime back. Why is it no longer available?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I believe you are referring to Zemanta which has been removed some time ago now. Zemanta can be easily re-installed via the browser extension. http://www.zemanta.com/download/

You could possibly be referring to Getty images. If so see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/getty-images/

I went to the getty images site and that is not it. Also it requires registering on the site and paying for a plan to use the site!!!
Zemanta might be it. When looking at the preview of how it looks on WordPress is exactly what I used to see. -

That is good news. :)

Ok, this poor non-techy is having trouble figuring out exactly how to do this
Unzip to wp-content/plugins on your server.
Activate through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPressI downloaded the latest version of Zemanta and is in my Downloaded folder and says to unzip on my browser but it confuses me. Help :)

Went to Plugins on WP and it says I have to Upgrade Now!!!!
So I am guessing this means I have to pay to upgrade before I can do anything with this? -
Not at all. Zemanta is a *browser* plugin/extension. When you are on your WordPress.com site, Zemanta will be active in your browser.
Whatever web browser you are using, when you go to this page, http://www.zemanta.com/download/ simply click on the icon for that web browser.
Hope that helped.
