What happened to categories?

    I’ve asked this before and not gotten an answer. Categories used to be a basic part of the settings menu. It no longer is. Now it is oinly available after I hit publish, and I am never able to click on all the relevant categories before I am kicked out of the selection panel. I can try to re-edit the page, and categories still does not come up as an option.

    I don’t know whose idea it was to restrict the use of categories in this manner, but it seems to me that they are in serious need of a mental health screening.
