Website Hacked
-
I can login into my WP account just fine, but when I go to my website stonation.life it says I can’t access it. What’s going on and how can this be fixed? Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must contact your hosting support at nameCheap to solve this problem.

I did that first before going to WP – namecheap said they couldn’t help me because nothing is ‘wrong with the domain.’
What should I do?

Hey there,
Well… that’s totally inaccurate on Namecheap’s part…Alas, for domain issues, ideally Namecheap need to advise…
I can see the name servers are set to:
- pdns1.registrar-servers.com
- pdns2.registrar-servers.com
I’d first check if these are correct with Namecheap and the hosting in place with them and if the domain is verified perhaps…
The only way we could help is if the domain and the site were hosted with WordPress.com. We’re a managed WordPress.com solution, which means that with issues like this, we can totally fix them.
It’s possible to move the site over to WordPress.com using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the business plan would be needed if that’s of interest, and could help with futureproofing the stability of the website.
I hope this helps.
