    Mr Austin, please check your website diagnostic in https://whois.com in the Diagnostic menu if the ping back from your website address doesn’t appear at all, it means it’s not down on the website but your hosting provider, maybe you can contact your provider, on the website https:// whois.com has complete information about your provider’s website, hopefully it can help, or at least it can tell you why your website was initially down
