Web site lost

    I own a website IFCIexam.org I had a lady running my sites. She Quit last Thursday not before locking the websites and taking a lot of information I need to run my business.
    Can you help me get into my site and set it back to the way it was 9/3/18 if the information is gone?
    I bought the website through Name Alerts. The server she put it on is multacom.com
    I can email you the Name Alerts poof if you like, I could not cut and past it here.

    This is a support forum for sites hosted with WordPress.com. Your Domain Registrar online is listed as eNom, Inc. I would try and contact them regarding gaining control of your domain and contact MULTACOM.COM regarding your hosting. The current registrant listed is “floor covering solutions”. If this is you and you can prove this to them you may be able to get your domain and hosting back.
