Visual Composer Backend Editor Widgets Missing
-
I am using Version 4.3.5 of Visual Composer and WP Version 4.8
The issue is that for every page I used to be able to view/edit all the widgets using the Backend Editor for visual composer.
But they are all missing now. What’s going on?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

@myfishtim it sounds like you’re referring to a self-managed WordPress.org installation. Can you try posting your question over in the forums at https://wordpress.org/support ? You might also ask the Visual Composer folks directly. Good luck.

hey Supernova, thanks for that but I cannot for the life of me see how to start a topic on wordpress.org forum pages. do you have a link?

You need to create an account there first before you can post in the WordPress.org support forum via: https://login.wordpress.org/register

@myfishtim if you bought a Visual Composer license, or if it came bundled with a theme or plugin, please contact the place you bought it from for support.
For using the WordPress.org forums, I recommend searching the forums first. If you don’t find an answer there, scroll down on the link we sent earlier and determine which forum you need to post to. Click on the link to that forum, then post there. As themagicrobot mentioned, you will want to be sure you have an account at WordPress.org, too.
