visitors can't comment

People are unable to comment on my blog. I have checked all of the boxes in the discussion tab under settings, yet a comment box still does not appear when users visit my blog. What do I do to fix this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi jdagget7,
It looks like the comment box does appear! Make sure that you are visiting an individual post to see it. I see one here:
Were you able to resolve the issue?

@jdaggett7, can you by chance give me links to some places that the comment box does not appear and I would be happy to look into it for you.

Hi there, just adding that the theme you’re using “Franklin” doesn’t indicate on the site’s front page that it’s possible to leave a comment, but as @newarkbee mentioned, the comment box does appear in single post view. Other themes may have a more obvious “Leave a comment” type link on the theme’s front page.
Also, I don’t see a comment box on your about or contact pages and understand that this is intentional (?)
Let us know if you need more help with this.

I am having custom domain http://www.coolwebfun.com/ . Many of the profile visitors cannot comment as their is no name and email field. Although in discussion settings I have checked it.
Can you help?

@yalinee – You’ve posted your question in the support forums for sites hosted by WordPressdotcom. Since coolwebfun.com is a self hosted site using the standalone WP software, you’ll want to head over to the support documentation at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and at https://wordpress.org/support/ where you can search for similar topics or post if needed. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.
Standalone WP (org) and WordPressdotcom (where we are) are different entities with separate documentation and support forums; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Best wishes
