Visitor or views Counter for individual posts and pages

    I want to share a feature suggestion that was brought to my attention. I think would be a good addition and want to see if others would like this feature too.

    The feature suggested is: A visitor counter to display stats to readers of how many people have viewed or visited the individual page or post.

    There is a blog stats widget to display site views, but not for specific posts.

    I believe this would be great in the form of a widget or shortcode.
