View All links not working on Support site
-
Attention Staff:
I have been to several Support site articles today that are multi-page articles. In all that I have been to, if I click on the View All link I get the “Oops, Nothing here!” message.
-
You know I’m not Staff, but a link to a specific page where you see this happening would help. :)
-
OK-I’m looking here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/do-i-need-to-self-host/view-all/
For me, clicking “View All” brings up all the sections on one page.
Chrome 43 on Win7Pro
-
Indeed you’re not, but take your pick:
https://www.google.com/webhp?q=site:en.support.wordpress.com+%22pages:%22+%22view+all%22
-
-
Sorry! After a long day here.
That link should have been https://en.support.wordpress.com/do-i-need-to-self-host/ which brought me to https://en.support.wordpress.com/do-i-need-to-self-host/view-all/
@ariwinokur I did take my pick:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/followers/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/When clicking on “View All” on both pages, everything loads for me.

We are probably hitting different servers in the data center. I will leave this alone for staff to look into it.
-
Working just fine for me too.
First, please make sure that your browser is up to date by visiting http://whatbrowser.org/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
-
I have already taken all those steps. Clear cache, different browsers, baseline browser, up to date browser… Same issue everywhere!

Chrome 43 on Windows 7, IE11 on Windows 7, and Firefox 37 on Windows 7 are the browsers I have handy
-
And it’s the same in all three?
I have no problem with Chrome 43.0.2357.124, Firefox 38.0.5, and Safari 8.0.6, all under OS X 10.10.3.
I don’t have Windows to test from or IE, but justjennifer says she didn’t have any trouble with Chrome 43 on Win7Pro, so I’m inclined to think the OS doesn’t make much of a difference in this case.
Firefox 37 is out of date. If there any difference with Firefox if you update to 38.0.5?
-
I receive the same result in all browsers. WhatBrowser.org notes Firefox 37 as current (go figure), but I have updated and still get the same result
-
-
The URL remains the same. Currently I am copying and pasting https://en.support.wordpress.com/do-i-need-to-self-host/view-all/ into all browsers.
-
Ari-what’s the URL where you get the “Whoops” message? Is the URL the same as the Support doc appended with /view-all/ ?
-
-
To be honest, I’m stumped. Here’s what I’m getting there: https://cloudup.com/cew9OSwlLmE
Perhaps you’re hitting one server in particular where it’s glitching temporarily? What country are you browsing from?
-
I am browsing from the eastern USA. When @justjennifer replied with it working fine for her, I assumed it was a glitchy server too. But this is not so temporary anymore, going on 3 hours since I first noticed it.
