WordPress is currently offering 1TB of storage for $10 per month. I’m not sure if they have any custom pricing for enterprise clients. You can check their pricing here: https://videopress.com/#pricing.

For assistance with upgrading Jetpack’s VideoPress, I recommend contacting their support directly. They are best equipped to assess if there’s a possibility to increase your video storage beyond 1TB, as I couldn’t find any option for this on their public support page.
