Video Won’t Process

    I upgraded to VideoPress yesterday and cannot get any of my movies to process. They will upload but then get stuck on the processing part. I’ve let it process for a couple hours when it says it will be done in 5 minutes. I made the movies in iMovie and then exported them to m4v. They are no bigger than 25 MB. I’ve even exported the movie to a mov format and still the same problems. When I try to insert the movie, I get an image from the movie but it won’t play. I’m using the Modality Lite theme. Any ideas?

    I only see three videos on your account right now and they appear to have all been processed properly.

    Were you able to resolve the issue?
