  So, it sounds like the editor didn’t updated the publishing time when you finally published. Were you using the wp-admin editor or the new editor?

  BTW, the actual time I received a copy of my post in my inbox was 10:06:38 am EDT on March 8.

  This makes sense given your posts’s publish time and the time that the pingback hit the Daily Post.

  I started the post with the new editor then switched to the classic editor when I started having some issues w the new one.
