Users not able to embed pictures into their posts
-
I am Editor of a blog with about 40 writers, and some of them do not have an icon on their “New Post” screen to embed pictures into their posts. How can I ensure all of my writers are able to put pictures into their blog posts?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you referring to this screen? http://wordpress.com/#!/post/ If so then immediately warn your writers not to use it at all. There’s a bug and the autosave does not work.
Tell your writers to use only the “Add New Post” here > Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > Add New

http://kssunews.wordpress.com/post-new.php is where they ought to be creating posts.
There are four roles that you can assign to people who you want to blog with: Administrator, Editor, Author, and Contributor. A contributor does not have the ability to upload files/images. http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/
