User Generated RSS Site

Add topic to favorites
I had a website built, but it’s missing some key important features. I want a membership site, which I have. I want user generated rss links. For example, if someone has a blog, they can link that blog straight to our site. I need this for blogs, podcasts, and videos, perhaps even YT links (which I’m familiar with). I don’t know what all plugins and codes I would need.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
