Used a WordPress.org reset plugin on WordPress.com and broke my site, help!

    I accidentally used WP Backup & Migration Plugin (a wordpress.org plugin) to download my staging site (a wordpress.com site) and then migrate and upload it to my production site (also wordpress.com) without realising, and now it is really broken! Jetpack can’t connect to it, plugins and themes don’t work, the site half thinks it a wordpress.org site and restoring the site to before I messed it up with the plugin didn’t work either. I’ve tried things on FileZilla and PhPMyAdmin. I’ve tried everything I can think of and I don’t know what to do. Please help!
