Use Subdomain. New Site. Same WordPress.com Account.

    Hi! I want to make a new site under the same wordpress.com account using my subdomain (that I did from Upgrades>Domains>Add a Domain>Use a domain I own).

    I tried to make one (Add a new site > Name of the Site > Use a domain I own) but I got this error: This domain cannot be connected.

    My current account has a business plan (as far as I remember) and would like to enjoy it with this new site that I want to build (using my subdomain). Can you please help me with this?

    Hi there,

    1.)
    The features you were using that got you into errors are for custom domain. This is for adding a custom domain to an existing blog site.

    2.)
    If you want to create new site with a domain that look like mynewexamplesite.wordpress.com , you would create a new site using Manage Blogs.

    click the profile logo on the top right of your screen -> click Manage Blogs -> click Register Another Blog button to the bottom right
