upgrading plans

    Good afternoon. I presently have a free WordPress blog. I know I’ll need to upgrade it as I’m in the process of putting higher resolution photos in place of my low resolution ones (to print my blog to a book). My question is…if I upgrade….let’s say I upgrade to “personal” and pay annually and in a couple of months realize I need “premium”….if I’ve already paid for a year of personal….will any of that $$ go towards the premium? I can’t guess ahead of time how much space I will need for photos.

    Hi there,

    Yes totally safe to start with a small plan and move up as needed. We would just charge the difference in cost between the two plans.

    To use your example, if you were to switch you would have used two months of the Personal Plan, you would have 10 months in remaining value for the year. Instead of paying full price to move up to the Premium plan, we would subtract (or credit) the remaining value so you pay a reduced cost to upgrade since you paid us once already.
