Upgrade Mistake
-
Hi, I was trying to upgrade my current site to the Explorer plan, but for some reason when I upgraded it’s created a whole new site for me. Is there any way I can merge the two sites without losing my plan?

Hi! We looked into your site https://writingwerewolf.wordpress.com and active subscriptions and it seems that you were able to cancel the first Explorer plan subscription (on https://writingwerewolfblog.wordpress.com) and also upgrade to the Explorer plan on the correct site.
We went ahead and made sure that you got refunded for the first accidental subscription. You can view your refund receipts here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
From here, if you wanted to delete the second site. You can switch to that site’s dashboard (‘All Sites‘ in the top left corner) and head over to ‘Settings → General‘ to find the option to delete that site. You can also follow our guide here:
https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/
Also, I saw that you registered the domain https://writingwerewolf.blog – you can set this domain as the primary address (URL that always appear on the address bar) by heading to ‘Upgrades → Domains‘ then selecting the primary domain from the dropdown on top of the page.
