Unicode (U 001F) characters brower tab title and windows title

When I check the classic backend of my blogs lately, the browser tab and window title shows U+001F characters which can’t be displayed. See my Screenshot

OS: Ubuntu 14.04.02 LTS
Browser: Firefox 37.0.2

Hi there.

Thanks for reporting this bug back! I passed this onto, Alex, a developer on our Internationalisation team, and he was able to roll out a fix. You should notice the title displaying correctly in FireFox for you now. :) Let me know if there’s anything else we can help out with.
