unable to process

I got this message on a particular computer:
“Whoops. Your browser sent a request that we were unable to process, clearing the browser cash and cookies is a good first step to try to resolve the issue….”
Problem is: Whatever I do, even in “support”, reverts me to the nasty message.
How can I get out of this loop?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In order to help you we need to know your specific computing environment details. Please work through what follows and report back.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
