Unable to contact Customer Support for my problem

Am stuck – there’s a problem with my wordpress.com instance – my website works fine, but none of the admin pages load up leaving just blank grey boxes. Unfortunately – this is true also for the support links which just show as constantly loading grey boxes – help! How can I get support when I can’t access support online??

As I don’t know what you tried in order to get access to the support page, I’ll list hereafter some things to check:
1. Delete cache & cookies and log in again to see if the issue still occurs.
2. Try with another browser (Firefox, Chromium/chrome etc…)
3. Try with another device (computer or smartphones)I hope this can help.

Hello there, as a user with a upgrade plan, you should also be able to get direct support via live chat (when available ) and email when you post at https://wordpress.com/help/contact

What you’re describing looks like a browser issue. Can you please try the following?
* Clear your browser’s cache and cookies:

* Disable any ad-blocking and security extensions on your browser
* Check that you’re using the latest version of your browser:
* Try another browser:
* Log-out and log back into your WordPress.com account.
