Unable to Change Gravatar Image
-
I have followed the instructions repeatedly over the last 5 days, and no matter what I do, I cannot change my gravatar image as it appears in wordpress. I deleted the old image, and now when I open my profile, it shows no image, but the old image is still showing along the top when I’m editing my blog. Every time I upload a new image, it tells me I have no image and tells me how I can upload a new one. I’ve logged out and back in with now luck. And there doesn’t seem to be any way to get technical support on the gravatar site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hmm.. this is weird. Since you’ve followed the instructions, I’ll not suggest that again.
I’ll mark this with modlook tag so someone from the staff can respond to you.
Meanwhile, try switching browser or using a private/incognito mode in the browser to upload/delete the gravatar image.

I’ll share the gravatar support page link as well (considering you might find something useful there) – http://en.gravatar.com/support/

Howdy –
Please try and change the image from wordpress.com/me/account/ By clicking on the circle profile image on the left sidebar.
It won’t hurt to clear your browser cache and it may clear up the issue as well. Here’s how you do that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

Thanks everyone. While I was unable to change my profile picture using safari, I was successful using firefox!
