Unable to add content or access site, support

I’ve had a blog since 2016 but for some reason now get a message “you have not added any content”. My website is up with all of my previous posts, but I am unable to add any new content. When I go to My Site in WP and try to add a blog post, the page never loads — just sits in “Loading…” status. I tried to contact support via the help link and that also did not load. Troubleshooting steps I have taken include trying to access from multiple browsers, computers, and from different locations. Also, when I go to my account, it shows I’ve been a member since 2016 but it looks like all of my profile data is gone. Can anyone help me get these issues resolved?

Ok, thanks! And can you send a link to the exact page where you are seeing this message? I tested adding a new post from Blog Posts > Add New, but didn’t see any errors there so I just want to double check.
A screenshot of what you are seeing would be helpful if you can make one:
Please include the whole browser window and upload it to your Media Library so I can take a look.

Media Library is not loading either. I’ve got screen shots. Is there another way for me to get them to you?

Thanks for the screenshots! It would be great if you could try the following:
- Log out of WordPress.com
- Clear your browser cache with these steps
- Clear WordPress.com cookies with these steps
- Go to https://wordpress.com and login with the username lobespierre
Does that help or are you still unable to add a new post?

I believe this must be the problem because I was able to load pages and post from a different laptop. I’ll follow these steps on my two systems at home. Thank you so much for the assistance!
