Two Step Authentication preventing me from logging in (no back up codes)

I have another blog called sosillymommy.com and I can’t access it because I had to get a new hard drive for my computer and my backup codes can’t be found anywhere. I have new phone too that had authenticator on it. Can someone in staff reach out to me and help me with my issue? You can look up my page and get my account information. I’m very frustrated.

FYI… this account is from my old church website I use to manage and I was only able to use it to be able to post on my situation with my current website.

I do not see that Two Factor Auth is set up for your WordPress.com account.

What is the url of the site that does have this set up?

When I log into that account with my email address (site name at gmail) it asks me for a verification code. I don’t have that code.

And don’t look under christyb1129 – this is an old account I’m writing under and it does not have two step authentication. I’m writing for my sosillymommy account.
