Twitter followers added to WordPress count

    In the past, when I posted on WordPress, the follower count from Twitter would automatically be added to my WordPress follower count. This no longer happens. How can I make that happen again? Thanks

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hello there,

    Can you point me into the direction of where you’re seeing the follower counts please?

    The reason being is because, we did make changes to this, but these were later reverted.
