Turned off Email Forwarding, but still not receiving emails

  • We were using email forwarding services through WordPress, and decided to turn them off. We turned them off under the forwarding settings and then removed the MX on DNS settings. Now, the email address isn’t receiving any emails, even though forwarding is turned off. Has anyone been through this?

    Anytime we make DNS changes, it can take up to 72 hours for them to take effect worldwide. This includes changes to our email records.
