Tracking issue

  • We have Google Analytics set up in Google Tag Manager. The Google Analytics fire when we debug GTM. We launched Google Ads campaigns, however it looks like most of the sessions appear as direct traffic. Around 10% of the clicks result in Google Ads sessions. We investigated the issue further and it seems like the UTM tag in the URL gets lost when we use redirect. Is there a way to make sure that redirected URL keeps the query parameter?
