Can anyone help me add a timestamp to my posts? It will show the date posted but I really need the exact time as well. Thanks!

Hi summerinsantander,

You can set a custom timestamp by going to

thesocialmindsu.wordpress.com/wp-admin
Dashboard->Settings->General->Date Format->Custom

and type in F j, Y, G:i and Save Changes.

Now you will be able to see the change in your published posts.

Looks like you got the timestamp working, let us know if you’re set.

Thanks for helping out, iamrishaan. I just wanted to clarify that it’s not necessary to go into the old WP Admin dashboard to accomplish this; the setting is available at My Sites > Settings > Writing, in Date & Time Format.
