  Hi @jasoncraigie78 , it sounds like you saw an ad for a free domain name with purchase of an annual plan: the domain registration or transfer would be free, but you would have to buy the plan to get that. If you saw something that implied it’s free for a year with no purchases, please share a link or more info; we’ll get that clarified.
