Hi, i would like to ask, if it is allowed to create an adult pornografic site with wordpress, or if there is any rule, that this is not allowed? I have searched in the internet and found several websited, which tells, that the sits are done by wordpress, but i am still not sure, if this is allowed? How is this for hosting it? Please let me know, Thank you very much.

Most of those sites aren’t running on the wordpress.com platform but use the open source wordpress.org.

On WordPress.com, adult content/pornography isn’t allowed, and if you post or link to such content your site will be suspended.
However, this restriction is specific to WordPress.com, the hosting provider.
There’s no such restriction on the open source WordPress software @staartmees mentioned above, which is made by the community on WordPress.org. But if you use that software, you will need to pay a hosting provider to host it for you on their servers, and individual hosting providers may have their own policies around whether or not they allow adult content, or what types of adult content they allow.
