Theme that is compatible with IE 7-10

    Hi,
    I’m designing a site for my workgroup – they all use a variety of IE versions from 7-10. I have version 9, I picked the Wilson theme as the layout is perfect and it looks great on IE9 but my colleagues who have IE10 can’t see what I see. The colours are dark (dark text on dark background) and the layout is different – the menu shows at the top instead of on the lefthand side.
    I have a VERY BASIC knowledge of html – what I learned in school – so I’m not too confident in how to code for mutilple browsers, although if you know a simple way to fix this problem using html I’m willing to give it a go!
    Do you know of any themes that are compatible with versions of IE 7-10? My only preference on the theme is that it must have a vertical menu either on the left or right hand side, as the menu is a long list and looks a bit odd at the top of the page.
