I am writing to express my concern regarding an unauthorized charge for the Explorer Plan that has been recurring on my account for the past four months. I discovered this unauthorized charge today while reviewing my bank statements and noticed that the debits began in April.
I have not used the Explorer Plan and did not authorize this purchase. Upon discovering this charge, I immediately cancelled the plan. However, I request a full refund for the entire amount charged over the past four months.
Please investigate this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to prevent any further unauthorized charges to my account. I am available for any further information or clarification you may need.
