  I am disappointed in my WordPress blog’s presentation. I want the body type to be cast ion a serif typeface — such as Georgia. I also want the body type to be bigger — at least 12-point or even 14-point. I was able to do this stuff with the old way of publishing. Why can’t I control these simple editing preferences with the ‘new’ way of publishing? Thank you!

  You can change the base font settings for your theme here, under the Fonts tab on the left:
  https://wordpress.com/customize/

  This is difficult to explain in words, so I recorded a quick video to show you how to pick a serif font for the body copy, and change it’s size.
