When I try and upload the 24910kb theme file, it says an error:
The link you followed has expired.
Please try again.
I tried installing Tuxedo Big File Uploads to increase file upload size, but it still doesnt help. I could only manage to drag it into the media tab and cannot install the theme.

I am afraid you are on the wrong forums! The site you need help with is not hosted on WordPress.com but is using the self-hosted version of the WordPress software or WordPress.org. These forums are only for WordPress.com sites.
